Q) To shop at Ananaas.in. do I have to register? If yes, why?
A) You need to register at Ananaas.in so that we can enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. We keep you updated on your orders, offers, new launch and refunds through SMS/email.
Q) How do I register myself?
A) You can register yourself by clicking on login | Register tab on Menu and signup using your email or directly login using your Google account. Once registered, you can enjoy regular updates and services from Ananaas.in .

Q) Do I need to pay for registration?
A) It is absolutely free and you only pay for your purchases.
Q) I forgot my password, what do I do?
A) Simply generate a new password by clicking on “Forgot Password” option at sign in/log in page. An email with link to generate a new password will be sent to your registered email Id.
Q) If I need to update my account information, what steps do I follow?
A) Login in to Ananaas.in, click on “My Account” and update information under your profile.
Q) I am based out of India and I want to place an order with a delivery address in India. Is it possible?
A) We will be happy to ship you the product/s if the pin code you have selected is serviceable by our courier partners.
Q) Which category products do you sell online?
A) Ananaas.in is online wholesome fashion store catering to men and women fashion categories like apparels, accessories, Unisex T Shirt with minimal wholesome designs.
Q) How do I add more products to a successfully placed order?
A) Unfortunately you can’t do that but you can always place a new order and we will be happy to deliver the same to you.
Q) What payment methods are accepted at Ananaas.in?
A) We accept Master/Visa credit cards, all major Debit Cards and UPI as well. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery for our customers.
Q) Is it safe to shop online using my debit/credit card?
A) When you shop with us you can conveniently keep all your worries and concerns behind. We strive to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience to our customers. To make sure that our customers’ shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. We do not keep your details on file; this is why we ask you for your card details each time you make a purchase.
Q) What happens if my debit/credit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
A) We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this to your bank immediately.
Q) Do you deliver out of India?
A) At present we deliver only in India.
Q) What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
A) Depending upon your location delivery may take 5 to 7 working days after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Q) How can I track my order?
A) Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number or your order No. and registered Email address. You can track your order in two ways –
1. Logon to our website i.e www.ananaas.in . Click on ‘Track my order’ to see real-time updates of your shipment status which is at the bottom of the website.
Please note that this link becomes valid only 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.
2. Alternatively, you may track your order through our order shipment email which provides a direct link to track your order real-time on the service provider’s website
In cases where our website can’t link to the courier service providers’ website in real-time, we will share the AWB number and the provider’s name with you via email. To track your shipment status, all you need to do is –
Go to the service provider’s websiteType in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section and check the status.
Q) Why is my order delayed ?
A) Sometimes good things take time. While in-time delivery is of highest priority to us, sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, there might be a delivery delay. If we foresee any delay in your delivery, we will keep you informed about the same pro-actively over email & SMS.
In light of COVID-19 and for the safety of our customers and employees, we’ve made necessary changes to our processes and operations. Due to restrictions imposed by Govt. in different states on shipping and logistics of products you can experience some delay. We are working on making your experience as smooth as possible.You can track the status of your order on the website using the ‘Track order’ link- enter your Order ID and registered Email to track the Order.
Q) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
A) The shipping address of your order can only be modified if your order hasn’t been packed yet at our warehouse. To modify your shipping address, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. or whatsapp at +91-7876764924.
Q) I was not available to collect my order. Will the delivery be reattempted?
A) Yes. If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery up to two more times.
Q) How do I return the product/s? What is Ananaas 10 days return Policy
A) Ananaas 10-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Ananaas website/m-site for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 10-days Return & Exchange Policy:
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. Products must be packed in the original packaging/box).We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Ananaas website, mobile site. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.Please note that we do not refund the shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
Q) How do I exchange the product/s?
A) The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges.
If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. A fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy
Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Ananaas account.
Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
In case the items handed over to the courier person don’t match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return
Q) Does Ananaas pick up the product I want to return/exchange from my location?
A) Currently, we pick up products only from selected pin codes. Please note the following salient points –
We will pick up the return within 1-3 business days from the request placement date Please keep the return/exchange shipment ready and ensure that the product(s) is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.
Q) Can I use this voucher/Coupons on all items?
A) It is not applicable on the purchase of sale items and cannot be combined with other promotions/offers.
Q) How do I apply a coupon on my order?
A) You can apply a coupon on cart page before order placement.
Q) Where can I get gift coupons / Vouchers?
A) Currently all our Gift Coupons and Vouchers are shared with user directly on the Email, Website or through Social Media.
If you cant find one you can drop a DM on instagram to us and we will provide you with the best coupon available.
Q) What are the terms and condition of Coupons?
A) The terms and conditions will vary with promotions/offers and will be specified during the promotion campaign.
Q) Can I club two vouchers?
A) No two promotions/offer can be clubbed. At present we do not allow you to club refund vouchers with promotional vouchers.
